DWIGHT WEIGELT | CPA | treasurer | CFO | Director

Mr. Weigelt received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting in 1975 from Gonzaga University. From 1986 to 1997, he was the President of Convergent Systems, Inc., a company that specialized in marketing and consulting for MAS 90/MAS 200 Accounting software. Convergent Systems, Inc. was part of the MAS 90/MAS 200 Software Beta Test Team for over ten years. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Weigelt was the Manager of the Information Systems Group at LeMaster & Daniel PLLC, which was the 40th ranked CPA firm in the U.S. For a period of five years, from mid 2000 through 2005, Mr. Weigelt was the Senior Business Information Systems Analyst at World Wide Packets, Inc. In this capacity, he managed the MAS 200 accounting system; designed and implemented an integrated cross- function program and seamless system to support management, sales, operations, product production, finance and customer service. From 2006 to the present, he has been an independent software consultant and utilized his skills to develop specialized software for the insurance industry.

 

JEROD EDINGTON | Secretary | Director

Mr. Edington attended the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. He earned a B.S. in Zoology in 2000 and did radiation cancer and tumor research at the University of Washington Medical Center’s Radiation Oncology Dept. From 2000 until 2007 he work in the TV/Film Production business as a professional actor and occasional producer. He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild Union. Mr. Edington has served as the CEO and various other officer positions in Hydrodynex, Inc., a commercial scale water disinfection technology company from May of 2006 until the present. He has been a capital formation consultant and business development consultant in the mergers and acquisiton industry with IWJ Consulting Group, LLC, since September of 2009 where he has worked on projects involving oil & gas, precious metals and mining, pharmaceuticals, and various technologies.

 

 

 

 

 

 

JOE HARBER | Director

Mr. Harber graduated from North Carolina University at Chapel Hill with a degree in Business Administration. With executive experience at companies such as Applica Consumer Products, part of Spectrum Brands (SPB), Honey Baked Hams, Norrell Corp and Pepsi Cola Company(PEP). Mr. Harber has a vast understanding in sales, marketing, IT, reengineering and corporate strategic development. Currently Mr. Harber is President of Entic LLC, a leading provider of cloud based Software as a Service (SAS) energy management and power optimization services. They serve the largest users of commercial energy for cooling and systems optimization for the largest commercial facilities, hospitals, universities and arenas. As CIO at Applica, Mr. Harber led the integration of many of the companies acquired by Applica and also led the Asian production and fulfillment processes for this Leading Consumer Appliance company which owns such brands as The George Foreman Grill™, The Juiceman™, The Breadman™, Black and Decker home appliances, Farberware, Russell Hobbs and others. Mr. Harber is an executive with recognized expertise in rightsizing, optimization, workflow improvement, sales, marketing, and distribution.

 

KAREN GAUGH | Director

Ms. Gough studied Marketing at Florida State University and earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Known as a contemporary, global business builder in diverse segments, along her distinguished career Ms. Gough held senior leadership positions with some of the world’s most notable companies, including roles as: President, The Americas and Global Chief Customer Officer, CIBA Vision/Novartis (NVS); EVP, Chief Marketing Officer, EarthLink (ELNK); Vice President, Marketing Solutions, The Coca-Cola Company (KO); Vice President Sales & Trade Marketing, Reckitt & Colman/Benkiser (RB); and other marketing and sales leadership roles with The National Football League (NFL) and the Pepsi Cola Company (PEP).More recently, Ms. Gough has applied her expertise working with Private Equity backed or privately held companies in consumer and commercial products and services (B2C & B2B), sports and entertainment management and marketing, athletic apparel and gear, ecommerce and digital marketing, and healthcare related businesses. Today she serves as EVP, General Manager, Weil Lifestyle, LLC, makers of Dr. Weil Vitamins, Supplements and Minerals.

 

FREDRICK BEST | Director

Mr. Best earned degrees in Business and English Literature. He served as Executive Officer of a U.S. Navy Coastal Minesweeper in Vietnam from 2004 – 2008. Fred is a leading marketing expert in the development of customer relationship marketing programs for retailers, banks, financial institutions and the utilities industry. Mr.Best has founded and then co-managed several highly successful loyalty rewards marketing companies specializing in customer retention, acquisition and migration including a New York based advertising and marketing agency which focused on building long-term relationships between clients and their customers.His prior business background includes Fortune 500 apparel and consumer package goods companies with executive sales, marketing, merchandising, and customer service responsibilities. He recently served as CEO for Animal Nutrition Technologies in Westport, CT. and currently is a partner in Kaleidoscope Technology Services, LLC focused on technology solutions for consumer products, nutrition, technology and retail marketing.

 

MICHEAL COYNE | CEO | Founder | Director

Mr. Coyne studied Marketing and Economics at Central Washington University and earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree. Mr. Coyne has a distinctive Senior sales and marketing career in consumer beverages, global services, software and cloud based B2B solutions

 

Mr. Coyne  worked for McNeil Consumer Healthcare (a J&J company) as well as PepsiCo where he managed sales and marketing assignments and was a National Sales Manager. He was recruited to be VP of North American Sales for the RC Cola Company while executing a turnaround through 1990. He was appointed Vice President of Sales for Mistic Beverages, a fast growth beverage company competing in the “New Age Beverage” segment competing directly with Snapple until its sale. Mr. Coyne was VP of Sales & Marketing for a leading IBM/NCR business partner. As VP of a venture funded international B2B services company he led the sales team providing global support systems to tier 1 software, hardware and service companies and other Fortune 100 clients. Most recently, he has co-founded and held interim CEO positions for two technology companies delivering both B2B and B2C cloud based media and promotion solutions. He is also CEO and Founder of ULTRABev Inc. a provider of technology solutions to the wine, spirits and beverage industry.
